The iconic corner cafe’s purchase had been announced yesterday.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is happy to announce the purchase regarding the former third Street Diner property located at 218 East Main Street into the City of Richmond, Virginia.
Ya Hua Zheng & Jianwei Tang purchased the 3,928 sq ft retail building from 3rd Street LLC for $550,000 and certainly will run as being a restaurant that is new.
